Missing Link (2019) Kubo and the Two Strings (2016) At LAIKA, I worked with the Production Manager, Art Director, and Heads of Departments to estimate, schedule, and assign tasks for 70+ artists across all fabrication groups: set and prop design, look development, model making, molding/casting, paint, landscapes, and set dressing. Additionally, I monitored all sets and set parts to ensure that deadlines were met. With the support of the Prod Tech team, I developed a shotgun page to track 20,000 individual assets across 110 sets on a shot-by-shot basis. One of my absolute favorite duties was coordinating the Animation, Puppet, and Practical effects teams to achieve complicated prop and set piece performances. Show less

At CMD, I was hired to establish an organizational system for a newly acquired account that had 1,000 incomplete projects (and more projects coming in every day). I built a catalog of templates and guided my team through a variety of campaigns. Additionally, I worked closely with the client to form a relationship of confidence and trust by ensuring that projects were delivered on time, on budget, and to their expectations. At Canyon, I served as a project manager and account coordinator for our HBO, Netflix, Warner Bros., and CBS clients. I was in charge of managing print and digital projects from initial creative conception, through rounds of revision, to final retouching/packaging and delivery. Internally at Canyon, I organized a team of print and interactive designers and structured all schedules to ensure that we met creative objectives and deadlines. Externally, I corresponded with the client, with the media agencies to execute digital campaigns, and with the print vendors to produce print/outdoor/publication pieces. Show less

As Canyon's Production Coordinator, I supervised all company projects from pre-production to final delivery. This included overseeing production schedules and media buys, gathering specs/creative assets, and communicating with vendors to execute campaigns. I coordinated CBS Television's national fall launch campaign for 3 years: 2013, 2014, and 2015. This campaign typically featured 5-7 new shows with over 1,000 unique pieces of outdoor media that spanned across LA, NYC, Chicago, and Washington DC.Additionally, I served as a Jr. Copywriter/Proofreader and contributed in writing copy for DVD packaging and one-lines for marketing campaigns.
