I don't provide recommendations for co-workers often. Most Project Managers understand how to plan and organize effectively, but often break down when circumstances change mid-stream in a project (let's be realistic...circumstances *always* change). Project Management is about more than composing & tracking Gantt charts. It's about delivering on commitments made in a Statement of Work, on budget, on time, and on spec, irrespective of the road blocks encountered. Leah 'gets' this. She is a rare breed of Project Manager that reacts to 'curve-balls' with a pragmatic, problem solving attitude. I have yet to meet a PM better at contingency planning. I have yet to meet a PM who reacts as well under stress. I have seen her complete projects on time repeatedly, leveraging these unique skills. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this consummate professional on 100+ projects over the years.
