Leah reported to me for almost fifteen years as part of the PULSE Network Finance Leadership team. She is a well rounded finance leader of the highest integrity with financial acumen across a broad range of areas including planning, analytics, accounting and financial operations. Leah joined PULSE Network in 2006, shortly after the acquisition of PULSE by Discover Financial Services and was instrumental in transforming the finance group from a small, unsophisticated team supporting a not-for-profit company to a scaled, expert team supporting a subsidiary of a public Fortune 500 company. She brought to the organization not only an understanding of finance and accounting requirements but also a strong focus on process and controls. During her tenure at the company, Leah represented finance in every major system or product enhancement and was a member of the leadership team that set project prioritization in support of strategic initiatives. She is skilled at understanding the cross-functional impact of initiatives across the company and bringing the right people together to discuss and plan changes. Her sense of humor and can-do personality make Leah a pleasure to work with. I admire her results focus, her appreciation for the staff and willingness to personally spend time on their development, her curiosity and commitment to learning new things and to being a first-mover on new initiatives. I would strongly recommend her for a CFO or finance leadership position and know first-hand that she will prove to be a trusted, reliable partner.

I worked with Leah for nearly 10 years in the financial services industry. During that time, we interacted in many ways, including me reporting to her for a short time. Leah is very detail oriented and able to see things through to completion. She was always professional in our interactions and brought new ideas to the table. She led many successful projects in the Finance area of our company. I believe any company would benefit from Leah’s work ethic and dedication.
