With a degree and masters in Interpersonal Communication, Specific Learning Difficulties Qualification and my Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring, my career as a one-to-one specific learning difficulties coach, since 2012, has enabled me to work with a wide variety of neurodiverse clients and students. I have coached in businesses, schools and higher education to assist individuals to manage academic, psychological and workplace challenges focusing on mental health, dyslexia and ADHD. Leah’s person-centred ethos strives to develop self-awareness and the importance of ‘having a voice’.
