Evaluate all promotions and programs in accordance with procedures detailed in promotional plan for continuous improvement and offerings. * Comply and manage all contractor obligations, performance & relationships and review contracts in line with their term * Communicate and book stakeholder usage such as pool lanes and fitness centre hiring. * Conduct annual research including member surveys and focus groups in line with program evaluations and improvement.
