I also was the State Quality Assurance Manager prior to becoming Lead Investigator/Training Specialist. Delegate investigations to DDS Certified Investigators and trained Internal Investigators. Coordinate the timely completion of investigations. Keep excel spreadsheet of investigation up to date. Review all investigations prior to Regional Director’s review. Copy, scan, mail and file all investigations. Complete investigation recommendations and mail them back to DDS. Complete investigations as needed including ICF investigations. Maintain the Training data base including scanning all completed trainings and attaching to the training data base. Ensure that all staff who have submitted training notification are enrolled in requested training. Maintain and coordinate training calendars. Distribute training calendars every 3 months or as needed. Ensure that all updated training calendars are posted in the State Office. Ensure that all trainings are scheduled on the conference room and training room outlook calendars and are posted at the State Office. Ensure that all training classes are entered into the training data base. Print all training certificates. Print all class rosters and provide them to the trainers. Obtain completed class rosters and input completed training into data base. Provide all certificates to HR for filing in personnel files.Complete all of my own p-card receipts and approval on Bank of America website. In the past I have processed all maintenance and QA Specialist’s p-card receipts. Processed all incident reports, client funds audit, QA audits, oversee investigation process, oversee maintenance, complete all monthly reports required by MENTOR, attended all Licensing inspections and QSR reviews. Complete all plans of corrections and QSR follow ups. Complete all annual licensing application packets for all licensed homes. Show less
