  The past three summers I have worked for Pacific Star Seafoods Inc. The first year I worked in the kitchen as a food prep worker and also a tally girl who weighed fish on the docks during the evening my first year. The second summer I switched to a full time dock worker and learned how to drive a forklift, drive manual flatbed trucks, and operate 5K lbs cranes. The third year I continued as a full time dock worker and also learned how to sort fish, direct boats with a radio, and write up fish tickets. All three years I found myself stepping up into leadership roles and continuing to expand my knowledge of all roles in the company. Show less
