Leah has so many strengths but she has three absolute superpowers - she is one of the most creative people I have ever met, she is superhumanly perceptive, and she is incredibly efficient (in the sort of way that only a busy mum who knows she has limited time to get s**t done can be). What can you do with these three superpowers you ask? Absolutely anything! When I look back at all the amazing achievements of the People & Education team at MECCA during the past 5 years, Leah had a hand in most of them in some shape or form. Oh and did I mention she is also an incredible Project Manager and Change Manager? Two-thumb like!
