I met Leah in October of 2011 when she worked for The Texas Workforce Solutions in McKinney Texas. She worked as a Facilitator/Trainer/Networker assisting unemployed and underemployed clients. Leah taught job search skills including resume’ development and effective interviewing techniques. She always applied her outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in these efforts. Leah possesses core qualities common to the most desired candidates of all disciplines. In addition, she was able to quickly learn everyone’s type of previous work. She accomplished this by asking insightful questions of us then applying what she learned to help us in the job search. This trait also demonstrates to me that she could change fields and become a master in the pursuit of her choice. Two of Leah’s specific traits stand out to me and they are integrity and clarity.
