BFRS is a Community Interest Company (CIC), a Social Enterprise that was created to work in support of the Armed Forces Community (AFC). We do this by working with 'forces friendly' companies across the UK that are looking to hire, re-train, and offer career advice to the Armed Forces Community. We hold recruitment events around England as well as having an online platform where the AFC can network with companies directly through our website.My responsibilities: • Working alongside the AFC membership team, providing a variety of administration and project support• Arranging and co-ordinating meetings and following-up any actions through admin support• Providing regular updates, including chasing, checking, and verifying data• Document management across multiple platforms and systems, including the filing and distribution of information to internal and external clients• Support AFC membership team with the development and execution of communications plans and activities across multiple projects, acting as a point of contact when needed to maintain positive and productive relationships• Handling and resolving member queries • BFRS Brand Ambassador

During my GCSE's I worked in my the Attleborough Liberal Club as a Glass/collector. I have learnt to work in a fast paced environment, to work individually and as a team in order to succeed. I worked here whilst doing my Level 2 and Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification in North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College. In this job I worked with Year 1 and year 2 classes working alongside the Teacher providing any support they needed. I listened to the children read and undertook any administrative tasks that needed to be done e.g. printing, laminating, cutting etc...
