I had the pleasure of working with LeaAnn from September 2014 to June 2017 at Mead Johnson Nutrition where she was a key member of the company’s Human Resources Leadership Team. During the period LeaAnn, alongside her normal global human resources responsibilities, led a number of significant initiatives and projects as the business quickly responded to meet a number of global challenges. In any circumstance LeaAnn can be relied upon to bring strong leadership, focus and meticulous project management to ensure that the desired results are achieved, whether that is by her direct management or via her sapiential leadership across borders and multi-disciplinary teams. LeaAnn is a consummate professional, highly experienced and great fun to work with. Never afraid of a challenge she is an outstanding executive in her field.
