The restaurant "La Cantina" is owned by my parents that is why I work there from time to time when I am needed. My tasks are:- working as a waitress/ in service- filling up the stock (e.g. beverages)- taking reservations- operating with the cash register- planning and preparing eventsThis job taught me a lot about how to work good and fast, under pressure, to be flexible and especially working in a team. I get a lot in contact with customers, that is why I am good at dealing with people. My area of responsibility varies from now and then. Most of the time I have the ordinary responsibility as every other waiter too. And sometimes when my parents go on vacation they leave the restaurant in my field of responsibility, meaning: I have to care about greater things like e.g. managing our delivery for beverages, food etc. In addition I get into contact with plenty of different cultures and according to this I have to use different languages, but most of the time it is english.

Internship Online Marketing/ E-Commerce

Internship at an online marketing company.I had the chance to provide an insight into the following sectors:- customer service- development and realization of E-commerce strategies- building and assistance of websites and online shops- usability- and conversion optimization of websites and online shops- search engine advertising- search engine optimizationMy tasks were:- preperation of multimedia-based advertising material- organisation, professional preperation and integration of product data- optimization of offers at online-shops and other market places- composing product- and description text- editing picture material via Adobe Photoshop- realization of websites with the aid of WordPress I worked a lot on my own but also teamwork was a part of my internship for example staying in contact to other employees to compare comprehensive tasks. I gained tasks with great responsibility. There was no problem to work under time pressure or to manage multiple tasks and to organize them with my working schedule. I enjoyed my experience in the online marketing sector. After this internship my professional interest extended to online marketing and E-Commerce.

Internship/ Temporary Worker

Internship in a film production company.My tasks were:- supporting daily activities e.g. answering telephone calls- working with excel- working with scripts, casting lists and production schedules- choosing filmed material out of Making Of and film motives- translating scripts and subtitles from English into German- create newsletter via PowerPoint - market researchAfter my internship at the film production company they wanted me to stay and work for them in a part-time job. I accepted and worked for several months while a big project was running. During the project I got new tasks, for example:- helping to find a suitable actor for a role and supporting the decision- finding flights and hotels for our guests- creating a new homepage for a movie and managing it with newsletters etc.- supporting new ideas and giving feedback- brainstorming and discussing it in a team/ with other employees- working with typo3At this time I had high interests in the film industry and that is how I got into that internship/ part-time job.
