In this entrepreneurial journey, I am in charge of different positions, such as: - Co-Founder - Recruitment Coordinator - Talent Manager - Co-Marketing Director As Recruitment Coordinator, I am in charge of the recruitment process (CV reviewing, conducting interviews). As Talent Manager, I am in charge of guiding and managing the freelance creators and designers we work with in order to make them stay within the brand.
