A Part of Inchora During my time at Tenant Shop I created the Quality and training department that is still thriving today. I worked with suppliers Sky, Virgin, Plus net and EHL to develop and/or implement training and quality monitoring forms to comply with Ofcom, Ofgem and FCA regulation boards. Managing a team of call scorers to raise the average quality scores from 55% to 95% monthly average.
