In July 2021, following an organisational restructure, I moved (at level) to the Coordination and Strategy Unit, within the newly established Competition Division. I continue to provide executive and business support to the EGM and three branches, including Competition Enforcement and Commercial Construction, Competition Enforcement and Financial Services, and Competition Enforcement and Cartels. Assistant Director, Specialised Enforcement and Advocacy DivisionI was an assistant director in the Specialised Enforcement & Advocacy Division between October 2017 and July 2021; working directly with the Executive General Manager of the Division. I was responsible for the functions of the Division's Executive Office. The Division comprised a number key areas, including: Cartels Branch (including Immunity unit); Advocacy, International and Agriculture Branch; Competition, Intelligence and Commercial Construction; Financial Services Competition Branch. Prior to this role, I was an assistant director in the Enforcement Coordination unit between October 2016 and October 2017, when the Specialised Enforcement & Advocacy Division was established.

In April 2007, I commenced at the ACCC as a business manager in the NSW Regional Office. I reported directly to the Regional Director. Following a corporate restructure in 2010 and a subsequently a promotion in 2011, I stepped into a managerial role within the Corporate Operations, Governance and Support Unit, where I also oversaw a range of national corporate projects relating to service delivery and improvement. In October 2016, I transferred to the ACCC's Enforcement (Competition) Division, reporting to the Director of the Enforcement Coordination team.
