We operate across all IMC Group companies: Our objective is to leverage our group spend to maximize value and efficiency for our marketing working budget. This team is composed of category experts who have either worked in marketing, agency or sourcing roles and provide an in depth knowledge of their managed spend categories.I wear a couple of different hats as both a Global Category Lead in Media and Head of our Marketing Procurement Hub in the Viet Nam. The team set up includes direct and remote management of category managers in the Creative, Point of Sale and Events disciplines.
