I had the pleasure of working with Lenny the last 4 of the 14 years I had worked at Buffalo Games, Inc. Among those I had worked with, he is on the top of my list of those I respect and would gladly work with again. Being the lead Graphic Designer, I had the opportunity to work with him on a daily basis for various projects, small and large, including a bi-yearly 52 page product catalog. The catalog was a month-long project and, frankly, tended to show people's colors and weaknesses because of its intensity. I had some trepidation when Lenny became the lead project coordinator on the catalogs, as it was the first time he would lead such a project. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was he more organized than prior coordinators, he was more diligent, supportive and extremely appreciative. Even when he was frustrated or stressed, he was always even tempered with everyone. From working on other various projects together, I had come to find that he has a strong belief in the consistency of corporate identity, brand recognition and the quality that the consumer sees through them. He is very passionate about this quality as well as knowing, understanding and using the right assets for a job. Lenny was very well liked and approachable, due to his high work ethics and pleasant personality. I was among many that felt he was one of the the hardest working at the company. Coming from an under-management point of view, I thought that one of his many great qualities was that he never passed the buck. That made him trustworthy, loyal, and a pleasure to work with in a team. It was a privilege to have been colleagues and I count myself fortunate to know him.
