      I am the Senior Property Manager and New Business Development Manager. I hold my Certificate III in Business and Administration along with the Real Estate licence. At the moment I am completing the Front Line Management Certificate IV.       I started my role as Client Services which was the best way to learn about Real Estate. This showed me the ropes of property management. I learnt how to deal with clients, preparing leases and vacates for the property management staff, advertising rental properties. Than I was fortunate enough to move into the role of Leasing Consultant. This included: Organising inspections for prospective tenants, processing the applications which involved using TICA, talking to previous real estates and current employees to seek information about the prospective client. I than got promoted to Property Manager that involves looking after the properties day to day running that include: in going, routine and final inspection, following up rental arrears, organising maintenance and liaising between parties involved, reviewing the rent and knowing the current market trends while keeping up to date with legislation to name a few of the tasks involved.
