Ignacio Carzoglio
Lazaro was my team leader at Southworks for months. The best way to describe him is as a positive leader. Not only is his technical prowess superb, but he knows how to manage a team. I never had a leader that worked hand in hand with his subordinates as much and as hard as he did. He has a laidback and funny personality and is easy to talk to, which translates into a great work environment. I can’t remember seeing him stressed out or in a bad mood, which in turn inspires confidence. His English is fluent, and has driven many client meetings smoothly.
