  Plan and execute events, leading teams from the initial conception of the event to its successful completion Based on the client event request (including the number of guests, the purpose of the event, and preferences for venues, food, and décor) I develop an event proposal, concept and overall plan to present to the client, by working closely with internal or external vendors I work directly with vendors to negotiate contracts for various services and products related to the event such as: hotels, venues, caterers, transport companies etc, so I can ensure the client that the event stay on budget. I am the primary point of contact for vendors and clients and I am responsible for answering questions and resolving issues that arise over the course of the event. I am on-site for the event itself to ensure that it goes smoothly and quickly respond to client issues. I also provide updates and guidance throughout the planning process. Show less
