Vladimir Ilić
Lazar is one of my favorite colleagues and closest associates. He was in my sales team when I was a Sales Supervisor in Nelt, one of the leading merchandise distributors in Serbia. Then he was a regional manager in the Core distribution while I was at the head of sales there. Today we work together again in the Silbo company. Lazar is responsible, dedicated, tenacious, great motivator, educator, excellent trader ... I don't remember any problem which was unsolvable for him. He is a person of trust. I would say that he is a true professional in his scope of work. At each educational training that I had Lazar was moderator and my assistant. Working with Lazar was a real pleasure.
