  Layla Rosales founded Terracina Design in 2013 out of a desire to provide a high level of personal service to her clients. She takes pride in her ability to be responsive to her client’s needs and to provide a level of service that exceeds their expectations. Layla has over 20 years of professional experience in Colorado on a wide range of projects. In her role as Principal she is involved in the entire design process from visioning and master planning to site/neighborhood design. Her experience in guiding a project from inception through design, entitlements and construction has given her a basis of knowledge that is invaluable to clients.
