I have worked at the HUB in Doncaster for a short period in June/July 2015 carrying out live assessments for Continuing Healthcare. I regularly sit on eligibility panel as the NHS Representative alongside the Chair and Social Services to make recommendations to the CCG for eligibility for Continuing Healthcare.
