School Program Volunteer
-
Sep 2022 - Dec 2022
The Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) College Volunteer Program is a 12-week program for college students to help staff, families, and patients. CHOA Volunteering services select a limited number of applicants each semester for available placements. The Hospital School Program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta supports child’s educational needs by continuing the learning experience in the hospital. Patients are signed up to participate in the program as soon as they are medically able. During this 12-week program, I volunteered at CHOA'S school program and assisted hospitalized patients with tutoring services in all subject areas (K-12). Show less
