I had the pleasure to work with Layal for almost 2 years on setting up a pharmacy automation system in a green field hospital. Despite the challenges that we had in the project, Layal always displayed high level of professionalism, and unprecedented grit! She always made sure that her work matched perfection, respected deadlines, and was always ready to take the extra mile and work extra hours to support us on the project. In addition to her excellent clinical knowledge, Layal built great experience in IT technical skills mainly on system integration and machine interfaces. She worked closely with the interface teams on the design, implementation, and testing, and successfully we were able to go live on schedule with the pharmacy automation solution and the credit goes back to her! Layal is a real asset to any organization, and I would love to work with her again in the future.
