  Conducted evidence-based policy research for the Central Bank's 5-year Financial Sector Development Blueprint: - Led a team to assess the “optimal” size of the financial sector and its associated risks - which serves as evidence to guide the policy direction for the Bank. - Analysed effects of competition on the stability of financial institutions in Malaysia, framing the discussions on the risks of competition on financial stability and the appropriate level of protectionism. - Led a team in discussions with management on implementation the different workstreams for financial sector development – including the accountability structure for the various workstreams and allocation of resources to ensure a smooth implementation of the blueprint strategies. Advocate, Manage and Design Strategies for Open Data Development. - Advised the Malaysian government in its open data initiatives and regulations to promote the smart use of data in new and innovative services, stronger competition, and better choices for consumers and businesses.
