  As an Independent Contractor I was solely responsible for delivering to the Downtown/ Westside Syracuse, NY area for The Post- Standard. I was contracted through Advanced News Local. A typical delivery schedule was approximately between: 2am-7:30am – Sun 2am-6am – Tues and Thurs. I also delivered additional products to non-subscribers The Money Saver(or TMCs). I had 4 days to deliver (TMCs) between Thurs- Sun, as long as they were done and delivered by Sunday of every week. I arrived promptly at 300 N Clinton lot, for the distribution of Newspaper bundles. I collected and prepared my product for shipping of overnight delivery. These responsibilities were sorting the Newspapers in chronological order, and bagging them according to customer preference. I was financially responsible for materials stewardship(rubber bands, plastic bags, markers and responsible for replacement of said materials at an out of pocket cost.
