  I worked at The MoneyPlus Group doing 1st/2nd line IT support. This includes building PC’S and creating PC images. Furthermore, I also look after the security pass system. In addition to this I create new users on all the company’s in house-built software and a login for the domain on active directory. Looking after the ticket system is another role in my job where I action tickets for users around the building from installing specific software to adding more RAM and repairing systems. Also, as part of my role I am responsible for keeping the computers and servers updated with WSUS. In conjunction to this I also manage the servers and maintain them on our VM-Ware clusters. Recently I oversaw updating our imaging system to KACE deployment which is a great product helping with imaging computers and installing software all in one package. Also, while being at MoneyPlus I have assisted with 2 migrations consisting of full data and systems and successfully migrating into the Money plus Brand.
