Mr. Katz practices in all areas of divorce, family law, including complex litigation, interstate and international family law, child custody, foreign assets, support, relocation, parental abduction, Hague Convention matters, and paternity. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), has served on the Board of Governors and is the immediate past Chair the Committee on Hague Conventions and in the US Chapter he immediate past Chair of the Committee on Hague Conventions and serves on the Admissions Committee. He is AV rated by Martindale and named a Super Lawyer.He received the Hilton Memorial Award from the U.S. Chapter of the IAFL for exemplary service for international family law and child abduction. He lectures on an average of 2-3 times per year on: international relocation, UCCJEA, abduction preventive measures, Hague Convention, foreign assets and freeze orders as well as for the ABA, AFCC, IAFL, AAML and the Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies.
