  This project is primarily ColdFusion/SQL. Introduced ExtJs javascript library to project and implemented first module using the ExtJs library in April 2009. I worked with team to learn all the new concepts and tools of the javascript library to enhance the TFR application. This enhanced the user experience tremendously and increased the application speed significantly. As testimony to the first release using this approach, we have been task to convert each of the remaining modules to the same look and feel. Tracked all funding actions for the command and maintained the accounting database for all accounting transaction for the command. Provided training for both internal and external customers in the use of the system. Maintained and upgraded a ColdFusion/SQL Server based funds tracking and budget system. Developed over one hundred Crystal reports utilized by funds control and budget personnel. I was cross utilized in this capacity based on my experience in the Air Force as a budget analyst and my years of experience as a system developer. I also developed two complete modules in ColdFusion to the FMSuite system. In addition to ColdFusion development for the Air Force, I worked on several side projects with my son (a professional ColdFusion developer for the FAA) to maintain my proficiency. Developed procedures and program modules to utilize Adobe pdf documents as well as excel spreadsheets through the SQL database. I developed over 100 crystal reports using Crystal Reports version 10 to provide analyst with a cadre of reports from the database to use in daily activities. I developed specialized exhibits for the annual financial plan that were submitted to congress through the Presidents budget for Air Force funding. During this period of time I continued to develop applications and procedure both in ColdFusion and SQL server to optimize the FMSuite system and enhance the Funds Control operation. For my efforts I earned the Air Force outstanding Civilian Employee award for 2006 as well as a merit promotion. Show less
