The position was a full P&L responsibility role for a Rmb1 Billion business of 600 employees, 2 legal entities, 1 manufacturing subsidiary and 8 regional offices covering sales, installation and after-sales service. Lawrence was entrusted the major mission to turn around the business, which virtually dropped to a historical low after the partnership split and resolve a handful of commercial, operational, talent as well as public confidence issues. Major Accomplishments - Overcame all the overwhelming challenges with his strong leadership and perseverance, revamped the organization with a series of revolutionary changes and successfully turned around the losing business within 2 years creating it into a US$200 Million size profitable operation - Run the company for 5 years with CAGR > 35% and ROS > 21%.
