During my internship, I had the opportunity to enhance both my technical and functional skills in human resources. This included gaining experience in HRDC management, learning technologies & instructional design, and HR knowledge.I was actively involved in various projects during this period. One of the projects was focused on improving the induction and orientation learning journey. In this project, I learned to convert PowerPoint slides into videos to create a more effective induction process, and I actively participated in writing the scripts for these videos.Another project I contributed to was the development and maintenance of the organization chart. This project helped me become familiar with employee names, titles, and their job scopes, ensuring a clearer understanding of the company's structure.I also took part in a self-paced learning (LMS) project. During this process, I thoroughly tested the back-end and front-end of the system to ensure user-friendliness. Additionally, I took charge of creating courses and enrolling participants as a trainer in the system.Another project involved talent profiling through job analysis. I conducted comprehensive job analyses for each department, collecting valuable data for future actions and initiatives.Furthermore, I actively participated in a project that focused on collaboration between the company, universities, and NGOs. This partnership aimed to develop working professional programs to promote continuous learning and skill development.Lastly, I took on the responsibility of social media management, where I created a career page to attract potential talent to the company and increased its presence and visibility on various media platforms.Overall, my internship experience provided me with valuable skills and insights into human resources practices and allowed me to actively contribute to meaningful projects that benefited the organization.
