This position works with families who are court-ordered to participate in the supervised visitation or monitored exchange program through the Court’s Family Ties Visitation Center in Orange County. Observers are responsible for ensuring appropriate contact between families; observing interactions closely and allowing the families to enjoy quality time together that is appropriate and non-threatening, and documenting interactions between parents and children.
