My role included analysing spend data to see where the company can make savings, this included discussing with stake holders how to create added value to the company and ensuring synergy between different schools to reduce costs. I drafted OJEU adverts, ITT specification and evaluation templates for the procurement of services, goods and works, as well as evaluating bids and communicating with suppliers. I was responsible for creating, amending and managing contracts. I also monitored and prepared databases to store price indices, contract periods and exit provisions.
