That experience led to a live training gig on the Queen Mary in 1986. I was hooked, I fell in love with training others how to become more successful.Over the years, I discovered a connection between all of the work I was doing, whether it was leadership training, customer service, sales or presentation skills, it all came down to improving people’s communication skills. I have been fortunate enough to have taught a huge variety of professionals, from sales techniques for bull semen salesmen in Canada to customer service to the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Engineers at tier one organizations.Without effective communication, not much can be accomplished and businesses cannot run smoothly.
