  Review all new Property and Litigation referrals and prepare a plan of action to maximize subrogation recovery. When appropriate after an initial review of a new referral, I provide direction to field staff if additional information or investigation is needed before subrogation can be pursued. I help and guide the regional adjusting staff on proper handling of securing evidence, additional investigation needed and early recognition of subrogation to promote productivity and efficiency for future recoveries. Assist General Adjusters in early involvement on large losses to provide direction, evidence retention, joint inspection including maintaining a diary for follow up. I maintain acceptable files, identify critical issues and analyze solutions to maximize recovery and achieve individual targeted subrogation goals. I am successful in negotiating a solid recovery whether there is an insurance carrier, manufacturer, City entity or public utility, attorney involvement or uninsured individual. Manage Stutman Sink Line Program Tort Claims and deliver training to all staff on referrals. Assign counsel, manage litigation expenses to ensure unnecessary charges, attend and interact in Mediations, attend Trial conferences and manage counsel for timely updates including settlement offers and suit recommendation. Manage referrals to collection vendors. Train new hires on property subrogation requirements.
