  I am responsible for the overall management of group homes for adults with disabilities. I do all human resource tasks for the staff in the group homes. I am the financial manager, I write support plans for adults with disabilities, staff training, I am certified in mental health crisis planning, I am also responsible for the overall managment of a semi-independemt living program for aduls with disabilities - assuring that these folks have their needs met while living independently in the community.
