  I started as the Clinical Supervisor on September 21, 2006, at the Delaware City location, which housed 20 women with SUD and 50 Men with SUD, until 2015, when the Governor moved our location to Smyrna. I became the Program Director for a residential substance use disorder program for men 18 yrs and older in Smyrna, DE. I assist the Executive Director with coordinating program structure with direction to the Clinical Team, supervising milieu staff, and conducting weekly team meetings for quality care. Unfortunately, Gateway Foundation had to close its Delaware location, a 47-bed facility located at the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill in Smyrna, DE. Show less
