  Responsible for overseeing a 16.5 million-dollar cost-allocated program that provides comprehensive early childhood services to approximately 1,300 children and their families at 15 centers throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. Programs include; Migrant & Seasonal Head Start & Early Head Start, Head Start & Early Head Start, MN State Head Start, Migrant Education Title 1, and MN Migrant Child Care. Approximately 350 staff supports the provision of services to children and families. This program has a strong emphasis on working with families to create services that meet family needs.
