  As the Vice President of Operations and IT Support at Achievement First, I have the privilege of leading the operations teams in each of Achievement First's 29 schools, as well as Achievement First's IT department. Responsibilities include:- Oversee the success of operation teams within Achievement First schools: Achievement First's school operations teams are responsible for all matters of school administration that do not directly relate to instruction or student behavior, but are essential for effective day-to-day school operations. I oversee IT support, IT infrastructure, information systems, and the data warehouse for the network’s 29 schools. I have led the strategy and development of Achievement First's technology infrastructure since 2004, when I started as Amistad Academy's IT manager. Achievement First is a growing network of non-profit, high-performing, college-preparatory, K to 12 public charter schools in Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island.
