  Built INGO capacity to prepare young people for productive livelihoods and leadership roles in their own communities. Collaborated with youth, community leaders, and public/private stakeholders in Brazil, Guyana, Haiti, Iraq, and The Bahamas to co-design and implement their country’s inaugural YouthBuild programs, resulting in livelihood, leadership, and entrepreneurial opportunities for thousands of young people who lacked access to quality education and decent work due to poverty, racism, and related systemic barriers. Programs focused on entrepreneurship and workforce development training across multiple sectors, including in the construction trades, hospitality, ICT, and telecommunications. Initiated and sustained cross-sector partnerships. Created and managed complex, multi-million grant initiatives for private, U.S. government, and multi-lateral investors. As the first Director of International Field Operations, developed new policies and processes to support the international operations.
