  FlexProfessionals, LLC is a flexible staffing company helping businesses find experienced professionals at a fraction of traditional costs. FlexProfessionals taps into a network of educated, professional people (i.e. moms, stay-at-home Dads, retirees, etc..) who seek part-time or project based work and view flexibility as part of their compensation package. As a result, they are willing to accept reduced rates and no benefits in exchange for part-time or flexible assignments. The over 250 clients that we have worked with understand that if they offer flexibility, they now have access to a whole new talent pool of people, many of whom they may not be able to afford in a traditional work arrangement given our candidate's level of education and experience. We find our candidates through non-traditional channels including a strong community-based network and a high-touch recruiting process through which we interview and screen each one to make sure they are the right fit for a job. Most of our candidates are not going through the traditional employment channels like job boards or temp agencies so it is unlikely you will find them anywhere else.
