      • Apr 2015 - Jun 2015

At first, my mission consisted in the translation of various documents and the official Kosme website. I have learned to juggle with 3 languages (Italian, English and French) as well as to master the corporate technical vocabulary. As soon as this part of the internship was finished, I had the chance to develop and implement a new project during the 8 weeks left. This was a great opportunity to analyse the company, its strategy, structure and challenges in order to identify my topic. I finally focused on the client relationship management. As a result, I produced a Client survey plan aimed at measuring satisfaction as well as the brand image, strengths and weaknesses and improving services and products. This survey plan would be a contact point with the client where those are seldom in B2B relationships, and would also provide an insight for the innovation process at Kosme. I also had the pleasure to work in a great team and meet very interesting people who agreed to share their experiences with me, who helped me in my project. I thank them for their kindness and their collaboration during the whole internship. Show less

The client is our priority and his satisfaction our goal : it required a good client management. but also talking different languages and communicate with them in the most efficient way. I also had the chance to be in contact with a lot of different cultures and languages : then, I had to practice the different languages I've learned but also to find a way to communicate efficiently with the client when the language was not one of the ones I speak.
