  Works directly for the Senior Vice President of Audience Development and Strategy.• Responsibilities include: preparing monthly and annual expense budgets; tracking spending for the department and providing variance explanations; maintaining weekly payroll process for hourly employees within the division and distributing payroll checks; maintaining attendance records for department and tracks PARs/evaluations; coordinating department requests for supplies and IT needs; preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports compiling data and narrative from department directors and vice presidents for period end reporting; preparing travel itineraries and reservations for department staff; handling all outgoing and incoming mail.
