If you talk about how to manage a team of young professionals, Laurent is the person to go to. From motivating, engaging and entertaining his team, Laurent did it all. As a marketing manager, Laurent organized his resources, always included his team and met the accelerated deadlines that are pretty short in start-up atmospheres while making sure everyone felt heard. Our informal 1 to 1s were very warm, I felt very comfortable talking about the things that bothered me or where I needed help. He always made sure everyone had the tools and help the needed to prosper in their job. He is very result driven, while staying very people driven. What I mean by that is that he really brings out the best out every person very naturally, which is a extremely valuable trait in a manager. There's much more I can say about Laurent, but in short: He is an absolute asset to every company and team. I looked forward working for him every day and I am also very proud to call Laurent a friend. I wish him all the best of luck in life and I hope our paths cross very soon.

In managing PR-related activities for MobieTrain in the Dutch market, I worked with Laurent on a weekly basis, often discussing KPIs, strategy and progress. As Marketing Manager, Laurent displayed great expertise for his own field of practice, as well as that of the EdTech/HRTech space he and MobieTrain operate in. Furthermore, he was always willing to learn more about PR, asked questions and contributed wherever possible.
