We hired Laurent initially as an intern to help us with some Java-related mini examples. He completed those fairly quickly and made it clear that he's hungry for more. At that time HTML5 and jQuery became interesting to us and he requested to work on those projects. We agreed. Laurent wrote 100% of our HTML5 and jQuery training materials, all by himself. He did all the research and all the coding and documentation. The result were complete course materials that we now use for training. We were so confident in Laurent that we sent him to do his own classes with some of our top clients. I would recommend Laurent for any HTML5, jQuery, or other cutting edge research or development work.

I was quiet impress by the abilities of Laurent to understand new concepts and to be quickly operational on new Technologies, especially Java Technologies. His job on J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, Struts2) was good. He achieved its tasks in time and with quality. Even if those technologies were new to him. He has a big adaptation ability, he is quiet motivated by his job (especially Java). He is a good guy which wants to show his qualities through his work and it works. I think he will be a good Java developer which assumes his responsibilities. For me, Laurent is a good guy to recruit on a Java project as Junior engineer, he is motivated and smart.
