A temporary role where I had the duty to transfer candidates from the company’s old website to their new one.After this, I had to ensure that every candidate from the UK and Europe was added, and this led to working independently.This was a necessity of extreme attention to detail, being able to ask for any questions so no mistake would be taken and multitask.I also participated of HR meeting with all of the HR’s partners in the UK and Europe. Being invited my by the manager was a privilege!After being able to transfer, I created a detailed presentation on how the managers could transfer candidates and more, when I would no longer be there (as I was the only one who knew how to so far).An amazing experience of working full time as a HR, while being a full time student and having a part time job!
