To further dig into this mission, since 2016, BAO Group became a sister company of spmt arista, one of the major “External Service for Prevention and Medicine at Work” in Belgium. BAO Group is also deeply and strongly connected to the Institute “BAO Elan Vital Mentoring & Coaching”. The institute proposes a unique curriculum of personal development and training and mentoring for professional coaches. These programs are open to anyone looking to progress in his/her professional or personal life. The two units interact to develop training programs and pedagogy for people willing to be an active contributor to the 21th century.
