Jean-Michel Colnot
Laurent and I joined JnJ in 2002. We worked together all along his time in JnJ on different projects from continuous process improvement to the implementation of a new ERP and new Bid and Tender system. Laurent is a true professional in customer service and bid and tender management but he is also a serving leader to his team, to his internal stakeholders and obviously to our customers. Laurent was instrumental in translating his business knowledge into customer requirements by mastering and managing the complexity of the regulations and our internal organization. Laurent has a "can do" attitude that make him easy to work but he knows when to push the limits without crossing the limits. It's been my pleasure to collaborate with him.
