  Master in the art of chocolate since 1987, I first learned the trade in the family chocolate factory before passing the "CAP chocolatier" : a specialty created especially for me at the time by the Chamber of Trades of Lille ! For more than 10 years, I have been managing the family chocolate factory in Cambrai and its 10 stores in the Hauts de France.
